Registration and payment deadline may be extended until 10th June 2022 for listeners, who do not wish the poster and online presentation. An indyvidual link to join the symposium online for such participants will be generated

The registration fee includes:

Stationary participation: all sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks & lunches (Monday - Thursday), conference dinner (Monday), trip and demonstration of experimental fields in Radzików with dinner in the open space (Tuesday).

Online participation: live online access to all presentations and interactive sessions, electronic version of conference materials.

To obtain the EUCARPIA member discount, you or your organization must be a fully paid member. Please, indicate your institutional/individual code, once you will pay a bank transfer. If you are not a member and would like to join to receive reduced Symposium rates, please contact the EUCARPIA to renew your membership and receive member rates.

Cancellation Policy

We hope everyone who registers for the Symposium will be able to attend; however, different circumstances do occur. Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows: 

If registrants are unable to attend the Symposium, participant substitutions may be made at any time. For logistic reasons, please submit any substitution requests by email to the 11thITS Secretariat (11th.ITS@ihar.edu.pl) as soon as possible.  

If you find it necessary to cancel the registration, please notify the 11thITS Secretariat immediately (via fax, mail, or e-mail). Provided an e-mail notice is received before 17th May 2022, a refund will be given, but it is subject to a € 50 administrative fee. Provided written notice is received before 31th May 2022, up to € 200 refund will be given or you can easily change the participation form to ONLINE. We regretted to inform you that no requests for refunds will be accepted after 31th May 2022, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable or you can change participation to ONLINE.  

If an arrival at the Symposium will be impossible for reasons beyond the control of the registrar and the Organizers, e.g. due to the geopolitical situation, and the Symposium will take place, the registrant will be automatically qualified to participate ONLINE. Provided written notice made by the registrant before the Symposium, the fee will be refunded up to € 200. 

In the event, the Organizers must cancel the symposium due to unforeseen circumstances, IHAR-PIB will refund the cost of registration to those who have already paid the fee.  In the event that the Symposium has to be rescheduled, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the meeting at its newly scheduled time.  Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation or rescheduling notification. 

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record.
