W związku z uczestnictwem w 11th International Triticale Symposium przyjmuję do wiadomości, co następuje:

In connection with joining the 11th International Triticale Symposium I acknowledge that:

1. Administratorem moich danych osobowych jest Instytut Hodowli i Aklimatyzacji Roślin – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy, Radzikow 05-870 Blonie, Polska.

1. The administrator of my personal data is the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute - National Research Institute, Radzikow 05-870 Blonie, Poland.

2. Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych, z którym można skontaktować się pod adresem: inspektor@ihar.edu,pl.

2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, which can be contacted at  inspektor@ihar.edu,pl.

3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane są w celu rejestracji uczestnictwa w 11th International Triticale Symposium, komunikowania się z uczestnikami w celu organizacji konferencji, udokumentowania jej przebiegu, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na otrzymywanie informacji o konferencjach i wydarzeniach o profilu naukowym lub popularyzujących naukę, w celu wysłania takich informacji w przyszłości.

3.  Your personal data is processed in order to register participation in the 11th International Triticale Symposium, communicate with participants to organize a conference, document its course, and in case of consent to receive information about conferences and events with a scientific profile or popularize the learning, also in order to send such information in the future.

4. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych osobowych jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO (Pani/Pana zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych została wyrażona samodzielnie).

4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 par. 1a of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR (the consent to the processing of personal data was confirmed by you yourself).

5. Może Pani/Pan wycofać zgodę w dowolnym momencie – co nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed jej cofnięciem.

5. You may withdraw your consent at any time - which does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

6. Podane przez Panią/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane w związku z udziałem w 11th International Triticale Symposium będą przetwarzane przez okres przechowywania dokumentacji finansowo-księgowej 11th International Triticale Symposium. W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na otrzymywanie informacji o konferencjach i wydarzeniach o profilu naukowym lub popularyzujących naukę, dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do momentu wycofania zgody.

6. Personal data provided by you, processed in connection with participation in the 11th International Triticale Symposium, will be processed during the period of storage of the financial and accounting documentation of the 11th International Triticale Symposium. In the event of consent to receive information about conferences and events with a scientific profile or popularizing science, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

7. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do realizacji celów, do jakich zostały zebrane.

8. Podane przez Panią/Pana dane osobowe nie będą ujawniane innym podmiotom, za wyjątkiem podmiotów upoważnionych przez przepisy prawa.

8. Personal data provided by you will not be disclosed to other entities, except for entities authorized by law.

9. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści danych, ich sprostowania, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz usunięcia danych.

9. You have the right to access the data contents, rectify them, limit processing and delete data.

10. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie podlegają automatycznemu przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu.

11. Przysługuje Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, jeżeli sądzi Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie dotyczących Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza RODO.

11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you think that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
